Welcome to the global Organizational SCRAP feed. Organizational SCRAP is any Structure, Culture, Rule, Assumption, or Process that doesn't help us succeed, or that gets in the way. This platform is all about surfacing and overcoming SCRAP. Everyone's sightings show up here, but all names (Company names, people names, etc) are kept anonymous except your own. Anyone is free to comment on sightings, and encouraged to do so—especially if you have experience or knowledge to share about overcoming SCRAP.
